Kids Night Out
- Sample Verbiage (Google Doc) – Recommended to prepare all verbiage per themed event in a running doc so that it saves you time when you have to update for the next event and swap out the verbiage. Certain details stay the same: IE: price, location, etc.:

Join us at “Boo Bash” Kids Night Out on October 26, 2024 and come dressed in your costume for a Spooktacular Costume Parade & Contest! Your child will make new friends in a fun, safe, & supervised environment! This 4 hour event will include: Themed craft, Movie, Dance Class, & a Pizza Party!

- Recommended: Create a landing page in Bitly (or your website) and load in all isolated event links so that on the flyers it is only 1 QR code. You will have to update this landing page every time an update is made or an event has passed to keep it current. The way that you load in the links must be in the order of events from last event to first event, in order for them to appear in strategic order.
