The 30-Day Turns Challenge is all about perfecting your turns! it’s also about reshaping how you think, focus, and grow as a dancer and as an individual. This challenge is designed to inspire not only physical changes but also mental clarity, habit formation, and personal growth that extend far beyond the dance floor.
It’s said that it takes 21 days to form a habit. Over this one month journey, we’ll guide and support you as you set your sights on a meaningful turn goal and work toward achieving it.
Each dancer will choose their own unique turning goal. If you’re unsure of where to start, your teachers are here to help! Feel free to chat with any of your dance instructors after class to brainstorm ideas or get feedback on your goals.
